Live Here and Now in 2026: Break Free From the Conveyor Belt of Meaningless Existence
Hello, kindred soul! Hello, thinking, seeking Victor!
Today we discuss life itself, or more precisely—perception of life. Nine hundred ninety-nine elderly people from thousand will tell you life flew past like single moment. Ask your grandparents if you disbelieve. They will tell you: "I lived life, yet feel as though I never really lived at all!" And they will be correct.
Most people do not truly live their lives. They forfeit them. Their lives escape like handful of sand through fingers, or water we attempt grasping with hands. Today I want to explain why this happens and how easily you can change it. I will begin by noting nobody today truly understands time. If you provide precise definition of time, Nobel Prize is yours. Yet we know with certainty that humans perceive time through emotions. Airplanes and trains operate on schedules—for them time comprises rigidly fixed intervals. We humans perceive time emotionally. For us, time equals emotions. Once Einstein was asked explaining his theory of relativity. He answered jokingly: "Two hours spent with your beloved will seem single moment, while five minutes on burning hot pan becomes entire eternity!"
Years ago my small son observed: "Dad, why when we wait for something desperately does time stretch so long?" And we all know certainly that some moments fly by arrow-swift while others stretch like leaden rubber. So why do most people not live but forfeit their lives? Society bears responsibility. Our boring, gray, consumption-based society of Chinese goods. Our society needs neither conscious nor happy people—they cannot be managed.

The Conveyor Belt: How Society Programs Your Life Away
Once person learns controlling thoughts, feelings, energy, they become impossible to manage. This is why for majority of Earth's inhabitants our world resembles primitive assembly line. When you purchase perishable product in store, you check manufacturing date. You observe when production batch was manufactured. Exactly this principle governs ninety-nine percent of people's lives. Only their production occurs not in factories but in maternity hospitals. When merchandise is produced, certificate of quality is issued. When human is produced, birth certificate is issued. Then predictable life conveyor begins: kindergarten, school, university, work, house, family… And finished—life reaches its end.
Modern humans are programmed concentrating on immediate targets. For instance, all schoolchildren's immediate goal is finishing school well. Parents and teachers do everything ensuring schoolchildren enter prestigious universities. For this contemporary schoolchildren transform into actual Olympic runners who must demonstrate maximum results yearly. Race against time, race against competitors, competition against tests. Who defeats whom. Young people simply lack possibility and time watching stars, contemplating eternity, enjoying life, slowly observing white, fluffy, cotton clouds racing across sky.
From earliest childhood life transforms into mad race. System steals children's life, emotions, joy, personal time and space from infancy itself. Schoolchildren do not enjoy life but stupidly race and compete. Once schoolchildren receive diploma—their own quality passport for merchandise—one race becomes another. Now university must be finished—another five to seven years of rat races. Tests, exams, coursework, grades, stress… The finish instantly transforms into new start. Another quality certificate obtained, meaning university diploma. And again—tongue hanging out—forward! Because you must build house, start family, raise children, and suddenly "Cemetery"—hello there!
Yet here exists critical distinction. The Super Jump methodology course teaches precisely breaking this pattern. It systematically trains your mind toward consciousness and present-moment awareness. Within two to three months, participants develop capability controlling thoughts and feelings—the exact tools enabling escape from conveyor mentality. The Energy Meditation activates your capacity for genuine presence and vitality. The Anti-Stress Meditation releases the accumulated tension from years of racing consciousness. The Healthy Sleep Meditation supports the neurological restoration necessary for consciousness expansion.

Do the Unconscious Actually Live?
Do unconscious people live? No. They run somewhere perpetually. They always run late. They always stress. This occurs because they are unconscious—not taught thinking, or more honestly, deliberately not taught thinking and consciousness. Slaves and electorates are easier managing. I repeat—conscious, happy person cannot be manipulated or managed. You must negotiate with them, consider their opinions.
Journalists worldwide frequently distribute apocalypse predictions. Not long ago everyone panicked about Maya calendar. People asked themselves: "Will the world actually end?" Asking such questions, unconscious people neither understood nor will ever understand that for them the apocalypse already arrived long ago. A wise ancient sacred book states: "Before world's end, stars will extinguish, birds will stop singing." Non-living, merely existing people long ceased watching stars—perhaps never watched them. They long ago or never listened to bird songs. Therefore for them the apocalypse arrived long ago.
Fair question arises: can anything be done about this situation? Can you escape this stupid, gray, boring conveyor?
This is very easy. First, you must learn controlling thoughts and feelings. Usually in our academy, this requires two to three months. Merely two or three months—and you are free! Second, you must escape mass psychosis and delusions. You must learn not postponing life until later but living here and now.
The Present Moment: Your Only Real Possession
Most people naively believe that once they finish university, obtain good grades, find good job, then they will live. But when "then" arrives, rat races force person concentrating on their nearest, supposedly most important goal—and again, tongue hanging out, racing toward it. Dear Victor, dear friend! Simply engage your brain, examine situation from above, rise above this meaningless race, rise above time itself, and understand simple truth: past no longer exists, future may never arrive, and begin living present. Simply begin living.
Let us imagine situation as though only one day remains. Imagine today is final day. Yet eventually this will happen. And this day suddenly becomes entire life for us. Say we know at midnight we cease existing—at this moment ordinary day we never noticed, which flew by arrow-swift, becomes entire life lived.
And congratulations! We achieved first victory! We understand one can live day as entire life. Let us take life segment, reasonably conscious—from age sixteen to fifty. Count days, count lives contained within. Multiply years by 365 days—following result emerges: genuinely living each day, we transform one boring flying-past life into 12,775 days of conscious living.
Each hour on Earth is also life. Imagine situation remaining only one hour to live. This hour, if final, transforms into entire life. Each day in endless race flies past. Now imagine living each hour as entire life. Different quantity of lives, emotions, experiences emerges.
Now take example from Eastern masters, true sages who perceived truth. Believe me, they learned living each minute. Average European's life comprises several segments. Masters living each minute, each second—their life approaches eternity. Greater number of moments filled with joy, happiness, bright colors equals greater number of lives lived. If ideal were achieved, filling each moment with joy and happiness, life undoubtedly would approach infinity.
Mahatma Gandhi stated: "Live as if you die tomorrow. Study as if you live forever." This captures the paradox perfectly. The Saturday laughter-practice sessions (message "LAUGH" for Telegram access) led by Viktor Odintsov teach exactly this principle—filling present moments with genuine joy and laughter rather than deferring happiness. The Intellectual Club with motto "Better Today Than Yesterday" provides community supporting present-moment living and consciousness development.
Useful Conclusion: How to Reclaim Your Life
Useful conclusion emerges: past no longer exists and will not return. Future may never arrive. Live present, therefore it is called "present"! Live here and now—therefore attempt filling each moment of life with joy, happiness, faith, and love. For this, learn managing thoughts and feelings. Become free! Become Victor!
This is not mysticism but practical neurobiology. When you genuinely engage present moments, your nervous system activates differently. Stress hormones decrease. Happiness neurochemicals increase. Your perception of time genuinely expands. You experience more life within same chronological hours.
The Telegram bot with methodology videos provides daily reinforcement of present-moment consciousness. These short videos train your mind toward recognizing and appreciating immediate moment rather than constantly projecting into future. Regular engagement with this material conditions your consciousness toward presence.
The Super Jump methodology systematically develops this capability. Unlike temporary motivation from inspirational content, this methodology installs permanent consciousness shift. After completing course, participants report genuine transformation in how they experience daily life. Hours feel fuller. Days feel richer. Years feel more meaningful. The conversion happens because your actual neurological patterns change, not merely your motivation temporarily increases.
The Freedom of Consciousness
Consciousness freedom represents the ultimate goal. When you master present-moment awareness, you escape society's programming. The conveyor ceases controlling you. You determine your pace, your direction, your meaning. This is not rebellion or rejection of society—this is simply claiming your inherent human capability: conscious choice.
Years from now, you will not regret moments spent in presence, joy, connection, beauty. You will regret years spent running, anxious, postponing, controlling, resisting. The clock runs for all humans identically. What differs is consciousness—how fully we experience the time allocated.
From my entire being, from entire heart I wish you to live longest, happiest, brightest, most interesting life possible. Not someday—now. Not eventually—today. Fill this moment with joy. Fill this hour with meaning. Fill this day with consciousness. This becomes your life.
With love and respect,
Your partner in conscious living.
Forever yours, Vladimir Dovghan.
